I’ve always been a hopeful romantic, dedicated to making a positive impact on our world. Born and raised in Los Angeles in a family that nurtured my love of learning and curiosity about both the tangible and the mysterious, my formative years among farmers and healers in Hawaii deepened my understanding of plant and human care.
Guided by personal experiences of trauma and illness, and driven by a fierce desire to heal myself, I developed a passion for Integrative Medicine. This journey led me to become a therapist, eager to share the practices that have significantly impacted my life. I’ve embraced Ayurveda and medicine work passionately, dedicating myself to empowering others to find freedom in their bodies, enrich their relationships, and build sustainable, purposeful lives.
Over the past 15 years, I have accumulated over 850 hours in accredited yoga teacher training with renowned instructors including Christy Lynn Hicks, Myra Lewin, Judith Lasater, and Shiva Rea. My formal education in Ayurvedic Medicine was conducted under Vaidya Atreya Smith BSA MA at the European Institute of Vedic Studies, and included clinical mentorship in India with Dr. Shamali Joshi BAMS and Dr. Sunil Joshi MD AYU, culminating in my certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner in 2018.
My path was profoundly shaped fourteen years ago when I was initiated into Tantra by my beloved teacher Hagar Harpak, diving deep into the Vijnana Bhairava Tantric texts. This journey has informed all my work across Ayurveda, dance, somatic therapy, embodied intimacy coaching, and ceremonial plant medicine facilitation.
I practice a form of magic that balances grief with bold playfulness, supporting others in exploring their self, soul, and spiritual pathways for healing, growth, and renewal.
My fascination with transformational experiences has led me to additional training in bodywork, birth and postpartum doula support, and hospice care. I am currently deepening my expertise in somatic therapy as a Somatic Sex Educator in training and pursuing a doctorate in Ayurvedic Medicine, specializing in trauma healing, eating disorder recovery, and psychedelic integration.
I am grateful to offer gentle healing in these intensely challenging times and deeply honored to help others on their paths to wholeness, integration, and vibrant living.
